• Check-In time is anytime after 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
• Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
• Our Kelowna BC hotel considers guests aged 13 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.

Payment/Deposit Information

• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
• You may pay by credit card, cash or travelers cheques.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Comfort Suites Kelowna BC Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policy is 6pm the day before arrival.
• Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records
